Artist's Description

As traffic backs up along Route 59 waiting to exit towards Downtown Houston, Richmond Avenue, Montrose Boulevard, or Interstate 45 a police cruiser speeds northwards towards yet another emergency with lights flashing, streaking through the night. Above us all the interchanges lights shine down casting their glow over the scene. In an hour or two there will be just one or two cars in this scene, and then tomorrow morning, before the sun rises the scene will be reversed.
